Pike never lived in the Drachman house and Pima/TKE house at the same time. We own the Drachman property and leased it out while renting the Pima house, which makes sense financially. Also Pike was a mid to upper middle house in the 1990s... we were pretty good, kind of a lot of jocks and meat heads, but not on the level of SAE, Fiji, ATO, Sig Ep, Kappa SIg (after they got their new house), or Dchi (late 90s). More like Beta, Sigma Chi, and Delt was back then. It's a shame how the Arizona's Greek system is shrinking. There were a lot more houses just a couple of decades ago and it was a lot more competitive.
