Sig chi is damn near irrelevant, their house is all they have and they hardly utilize it. Sae and pike don't throw nearly as big of parties. Sae has fallen off this year through recruitment and doesn't throw down like they used to. pike always recruits well, but don't have the capacity for insane parties, however make up for it with campus involvement/philanthropy. Kappa sig got the best pc and throws the craziest parties by far. Lesser on the campus involvement and a pretty successful philanthropy. Kappa sig and pike are the top houses this year.
