“ASU Frats”: Theta Chi, Alpha Sig, TKE, ZBT, Delta Sig, LXA, AKL. -Almost all founded in the “Old Row” and “New Row” eras, they have been a revolving door like ASU Greek Life. Some have had some pretty good stints, where they were able to start moving up the social ladder, but were then kicked off. They typically don’t ever own a house (ZBT might) and usually just rent apartment complexes, large houses, or houses from currently kicked off frats. Each one of these frats has been kicked multiple times and pretty much never lasted more than a good 10-15 years at best. They all have around 500 initiated members give or take a few hundred, and alum bases are scattered through the decades. They for the most part fall in the bottom-mid tier range socially but can easily compete with “New Row” houses if they have it together. These are the guys with the best shot at improving significantly in the next couple decades if they can keep it together and not get kicked off.
