“Sidewinders”: Sammy, Phi Tau, (Phi Delt) -These guys have been on campus for a while, haven’t ever really been good or done anything miraculous. If they can start recruiting lots of quality members and get a house that they actually own and can use for more than 4-5 years they stand a chance at improving significantly in the next couple decades once they can build a strong alum base. Phi Delt is over here simply because they are basically one of these houses, they have had a stronger history.
