Top- AEPI/SAE(have heard bad things about SAE though) Kappa Sig(has a good pledge class)/PIKE sigma chi(good house) Middle- ZBT/Sammy (both becoming better with their new houses, will catch up with the top in a year, both have a good pledge class) Alpha sig (in deep trouble, losing their house soon) Beta/KA (not really on campus, KA and Beta both don't have Air conditioning and have old houses.)
