Kappa HAS had a few good recruitments, last year was GREAT but other years have been good too. But a few good PCs doesn't shake up the rankings of them being HISTORICALLY middle tier at UofA, since the beginning of time. It takes a long time for a house to change after 100 years of being the same. Moving from lower tiers to middle ones is also easier than moving from middle to top. However, I would say G phi has dropped to middle tier. dropping tiers happens a whole lot more quickly than moving up does. So...
