What I find a little weird... The fact that GPAs matter so much when rushing. Your grades don't reflect your character... I understand and fully support having a minimum GPA that must be maintained once joining the sorority/frat but having a pre-rec. minimum GPA requirement? A little fishy. You want girls/guys joining your chapter to have personality and by putting a certain GPA requirement or emphasis limits the amazing girls/guys you get to know. Argue all you want, all I'm saying is maybe Sororities and Frats need to re-think the whole "GPA" pre-rec. a little bit.
