So I'm going to try and judge based on what I have heard from sororities: Top Tier: SAE- Consistently gets a good pledge class and have a house on row. Might be on the decline though because of their reputation Pike- Probably could be number one house, they have gotten good pledge classes and are liked by a lot of the girls. On the rise AEPi- Mixed bag with these guys. Their pledge classes are always iffy because they have to accept legacies but they throw down the hardest out of any fraternity (Stagnant) Kappa Sig-They have gotten good pledge classes and have a good house on the row.(Rise but slowingly becoming stagnant) Sig Chi- They had a lot of potential last year and now seem to be becoming more irrelevant than before. Very Exclusive and overrated (Decline) Middle Tier: Delt- They have gotten decent pledge classes and are going with better sororities to homecoming and spring fling than last year. (Rise) Alpha Sig- They have gotten pretty good pledge classes and have been able to make a name for themselves even though they will be losing their house to PiKapp soon. (Rise) Theta Chi- Had a lot of potential last year but didn't do really great this year with their PC's. Weird location for a house but girls either like them or they don't (Stagnant) Delta Sig-They got a good Fall PC and had their Spring PC dropped. sororities still like them and should have been going with Chi O for Spring Fling (Stagnant with potential to be on the Rise) Irrelevants- KA Beta ZBT SigEp
