There's no such thing as a sorority or fraternity being "irrelevant." Even if they aren't as attractive as the "better" houses, it doesn't make them irrelevant. They still party, have strong sisterhoods/brotherhoods, do date dashes, philanthropies, etc. PNMs who read this, don't let this dumb thread convince you that there are any houses that aren't as fun or as good as the others. I think this is especially true for sororities. Your experience is what you make of it. There are amazing women in every single house. The girls in the "bottom" houses party at frats, go on date dashes/weekenders, and do all the fun stuff that the top houses do. There's nothing about them that makes them irrelevant other than the fact that they don't have as many attractive people as the top houses do.
