Why? It's not like you're a legacy in every house. Just ask us which house you're wondering about. All houses will take legacies into consideration. But none, I repeat none, will give you a bid just because you're a legacy. They have to actually like you as much as they like all the other PNMs they're giving bids to. So in reality, being a legacy doesn't really matter all that much. Usually it'll just get you an invite to the next round. And if you make it to pref, most of the time that means you'll automatically be on the bid list. But anytime in between they are free to cut you for any reason.
