Sophomore year here, from a few delt gam and kappa reviews on a vote. Here are our top 5 rankings for top non-geed fraternitys. 1. SAE Until they get kicked off, they will be top house. 2. Pike Most girls can agree for second place, thanks to the shack. 3. Sigma chi New house , new cute pledge class . Just not enough parties to surpass pike. 4. I hate to say it , but Delta Tau Delta. They made their way up with their new hot pledge class, weekly sponsored rockstar parties (even if they got in trouble , they still had something off campus) and obviously they have the best tailgates. If it was not for their tailgates they would be 5th. 5. Kappa sig Girls agreed they were not impressed this year as they were previously. Not a impressive pledge class as the rest of the houses.
