Apparently lots of PNMs have been dropping out of rush. Undoubtedly because they have been getting back houses they don't like or think they are too good for. As someone who joined a house that has improved VASTLY since my freshman year, I just want to say something. You may think you don't like anyone in the houses you've been invited to, but the reality is you've only met a small handful out of over 100 girls. Also, don't just look at the girls in the house, look at the other PNMs in each party, because they could very well be your future pledge sisters. At U of A, its so much better to be Greek (in ANY sorority) than to not be in a house at all. Even if you think the house you get sucks, or you've heard horrible things about them during rush, just remember that sorority life throughout your 4 years is nothing like rush, and no one really ever gets judged for the house they are in. Everyone is just happy to be greek. So I hope everyone keeps an open mind today and on pref.
