I totally disagree, the whole recruitment processes is really fake, houses I thought I loved during recruitment I am so glad I didn't chose because once I got to know the house I realized I didn't like it at all. You can't get to know a house or the personality of the girls through a few short conversations each day. the whole "you will just know" doesn't always work. I am so thankful I joined the one I did, because I would of not been happy.
