I'm an incoming freshman dude planning on rushing in the fall. I see a ton of stuff on here about what fraternities and sororities are "good" or better than one another. What exactly goes into this? I want to join one that's good but has a good balance meaning I want a house that goes hard but also values academics and other non-party aspects of college. Seems to me that all these "rankings" are purely based on who parties the most, is that true or nah?
