Um no..? I know a girl personally who rushed a sophomore in credits, but the same age as a junior, and she went Kappa. If it makes any difference, she fit in very well despite the age she joined at and is extremely happy in kappa. I also know a sophomore who joined Alpha Phi. She ended up dropping though. Every house 100% takes sophomores. I can name at least 2 people I know personally from each house who joined as a sophomore.
