This last dude just answered his own question... but yeah to be a little more detailed. They just can't do registered events, such as homecoming. Honestly losing recognition isn't really gonna harm them since they are a top fraternity here. I would guess that the university wouldn't only revoke their recognition, but kick them off on campus completely, which would actually put their future in jeopardy.
