ONCE AGAIN, it depends on more than just your year in school and GPA. We know nothing else about you. I will say this, it won't hurt you THAT much, if you really do have a 4.0. It MIGHT limit your options, but you'll still find a bid somewhere. Again, there are so many other factors that play into it. We don't know anything else about you so we can't tell you what your chances are.
