If you join a sorority and have a miserable experience, don't blame the sorority. Most likely, you're the miserable one. If you go in with a bad attitude, you won't make friends. Don't expect to automatically have friends just because you have a bid in your hands. You still have to be a likeable and outgoing person. Keep an open mind during rush. Take your invites and be happy with what you get. Got dropped by a house you love? No point crying about it. Focus on the ones who actually saw something in you.
