Kappa Sig - best house on the row and most fun parties. guys are fun but will not text you if you're not a 10+ SAE - fun fun fun parties. not as great recent pc's, but their older guys keep them at the top. mostly from orange county Sigma Chi - on probation till January 2019 but good recent pc's and their reputation will keep them with the best houses. their house is also one of the nicer and more classy ones on the row Pike - lost suga shack, not the best recent pc's... still have great guys but really need to get good pc's or hope pi kapp does so the island stays fun. mostly athletes Aepi - lost main party house, not the best recent pc's but their older guys are a lot of fun. hopefully can keep their rep this upcoming year without boat and fall of the island Sammy - on the row, definitely not your typical "frat" guys but if they get good pc's the odd rep they've had over the years could disappear and make them a great house Beta - you either love them or hate them, the shack this year should give them a bright future and better recruiting for fall pc's Theta Chi - good fraternity, great guys. only one house in bad location which holds them back with recruiting and throwing big parties KA - has never seemed to be able to grow out of being average. good guys, but really need a good fall pc to cross the line of being average and boost their reputation which has been the same for so many years Tdx - recent pc's are really good and new satellite will help them with recruitment. will still have to prove themselves being new and just getting off probation but with a good pc should climb the ladder Zbt - mostly made of socially awkward guys in a mansion on the row. some might be great at listening but not anywhere close to "frat" type of guys. really needs a couple years of great pc's to wipe out the rep that they have Phi Delt - took a lot of the good party houses (boat house from aepi and teener) but really need better guys to fill these houses for parties. will be good if they get good pc's Pi Kapp - first year back on, big house, fall pc's determine will determine where they stand. being next to pike and aepi will help Alpha Sig - will probably still be relevant due to their groupies. long live asig, rip Sigep - best grades on campus Theta Xi - on the row???? could help them recruit assuming this is true Zeta Psi - needs a house in order to gain any sort of relevance AKL - too small to tell Phi Kappa Tau - engineering fraternity? high gpa make sure to choose the fraternity you fit in best!! \n\n\n\n\n
