How would we know..? We don't know anything about you other than your GPA. We don't know what your personality's like, what you look like, if you have any recs, how you dress, etc. No one can tell you whether or not you have a good chance of getting into a sorority. You just have to go through rush, be yourself and give each house your all and if you do that, then you have a good chance of getting a bid from a house. And yes, a 3.0 is a good GPA to rush with. Anything lower than that would negatively affect your chances but you're definitely fine with a 3.0!
