I don't get why ppl on this site group sigma with theta, and absolutely not adpi with either of them. I'm not in any of these houses but from an outsiders perspective, Sigma goes to homecoming and spring fling with top frats and they are always being mentioned on sites like tfm, they are a nationally known chapter. Theta was featured for having a nice house, and they seemed to be really involved on campus. Adpi has been known for years as "alpha dog pound" but they had a much better PC this year than past years. You can tell by their instagrams and chapter websites that these are not close houses, and at the uofa the "tiers" are not super dramatic anyways. I think that sigma is upper middle/lower top, theta is middle, and adpi is upper bottom. This is my perspective that is based on something other than looks unlike every other rank on this BS site. Bottom line is do your own research, don't just take this website for fact.
