It takes place January 22-28. It's the same as fall recruitment but a lot less formal. You will travel to each house and talk to some of the guys and get to know them. The spring rush process isn't designed to give as many bids as possible so it will be harder to get a bid from a top tier unless you know people in the fraternity already or they really like you.
