Are you joking? How do you expect to show up to a rush event if you don't know any of the details? They have to know who you are before you show up. You don't just walk into their house unanounced and say you wanna rush them. You have to sign up to rush. You have to be invited to a rush event. Even if it is an "open" event, they still need to tell you about it and know who is coming.
