My little sister will be attending University of Arizona next fall and since I pledged a sorority at my college & she saw how fun it is, she plans to do the same at arizona. Now I'm not sure how Arizona is, but I attend an SEC school and they are big on giving bids to mainly girls from the south over girls from out of state. She has a stellar 4.0 gpa and is involved in her high school, but will being out of state keep her from getting a fair rush?
