NO ONE is giving out snap bids. Those are given out on bid day only and only the people who received a snap bid know they did. They are part of the regular pledge class. Some sororities may be giving out open bids because they have a few spots available now than panhel increased total. Or like with AXiD and SDT, they were already significantly below total.
