I'm kind of in the middle of assessing the quality of this whole damn chapter based on thaaaat" I know the answer, but really. How foolish that anyone should think in those terms. The answer to your question is: seldom. Not because Kappa Sig isn't a very strong chapter, but because they prefer their Zetas, Tri Delts, ChiOs, and DGs. They hang with the occasional Kappa.
