Phi Delt and Pi Kapp have both been better than Phi Psi based on quality of guys for quite a bit now, Phi Psi's just been more relevant because they actually have had a decent house in WC while Phi Delt has their little party shack and Pi Kapp has their small shack in India next to Delt. Now, Phi Psi will be better than both because of the new house. It'll be surprising if they can't get better PCs now.
