The houses with the most drops have more COBs. You want to rush during the fall and get into a house that doesn't do COBs. These are the houses with better Sisterhoods and girls that actually get along. Kappa, Tri-delt, Chi O, Aphi, Pi Phi The rest of the top houses just have a bad mix of girls who don't get along because the houses are only looking for looks, money, and connections, not anything beyond. I'm looking at you Zeta, Phi, and Theta. The rest of the bottom houses just aren't good, so people drop realizing their house is ranked low and taking girls from the bottom of the barrel who won't get along either.
