Mid lower fluctuates a lot. DSig's been falling for a hot minute now, def not better than AEPi or on the same tier as BYX, house is decent tho. Lambda and Theta (esp since the house move) are the lowest of the low imo, I wouldn't even put them in low mid tier. I think the lower mid tier houses on campus are AEPi, Dsig, DU, and maybe ZPsi (idk them well).
