Sig Ep at UT already blatantly disregards the no hazing mandate from their national fraternity as part of the so called Balanced Man program, so why would anyone believe that they'll willingly abide by the dry house mandate? A large majority of their current members and alumni openly proclaim that they would rather disassociate from their national fraternity than follow these policies. Their national fraternity knows this and in order to avoid losing one of their strongest chapters in the country, won't risk a showdown as long the UT chapter pays lip service to their policies. Instead they'll go zero tolerance on smaller, less significant chapters to show that they mean business.
