You are clueless. Kappa did not give snap bids and was actually over quota bc so many girls maximized bids and preffed them. Theta only had 40 girls pref them and then they took the bottom of the other two’s bid lists. Also offered snap bid which is never a good sign. Means girls they thought they were getting preffed something else.... Pi phi had over 100 legacies rushing this year and Theta lost a ton of them they wanted to Pi phi Truth
