I actually think theta has that “special snobbiness “ more than Pi Phi. But Pi phi is classier than Theya so maybe. Kappas are just nicer than other two. They make an effort to be nice to girls outside of PKT. I think those three are equal and depends on what you like. Then I think Chi O, Tri Delt, and Zeta are equal but different from each other. Chi o is like PKT, Zeta is hot and Tri Delt is just a mix of all. After those six definitely different vibe.
