If your top goal is to share sorority membership with either legacy group, your best bet might be to enroll in a college that has the two groups, but where neither Chapter is top tier. For instance, you could go to LSU , Ole Miss, or Bama if one of your legacies is Theta. You could go to OK State or Ole Miss if you want to target Kappa. However, doing that doesn't guarantee you a bid to the legacy houses or a bid anywhere. To be honest, I think you are setting yourself up for undue pressure during rush. Rush is as nerve racking as it is exciting, without the added pressure to focus on only 2 chapters.
