I am a senior in high school and have narrowed down my future schools to Texas, SMU and Baylor. All of these schools obviously have very competitive recruitments, but I am curious if rush here is truly as competitive as it as made out to be on this website. I am a legacy to two of your "Big 6" sororities and other factors like GPA and connections are in my favor. I'm leaning towards Texas, but am worried that despite these advantages I may still have a bad rush because it is described on this website to be incredibly ruthless. Is it truly as competitive as it is made out to be? Do the houses here (particularly PKT) tend to take legacies assuming all other factors line up?
