It's a small, small world. Even before Panhellenic could catch the fact that you already pledged & initiated, don't you think it would come up in your recs being sent to the UT houses or girls from your hometown who are actives at UT??? Don't try to game the system. 1) It's not possible and 2) you're only hurting your own reputation by showing poor character and ethics. If your "kinda new" to college and Greek Life, just de-pledge now if you really hate your sorority's UT chapter that much - which is close-minded, but whatever. You already sound like a special snowflake who will of course get a PKT bid as a upperclassmen transfer....
