Unless you killed it freshman year in grades, connections, and involvement/ leadership, your options are going to be the same or worse this year. You really need to think about WHY houses who cut you as a desirable freshman are going to be more interested in you as a sophomore. Maybe you have a good reason, but doubtful. The most successful sophomore PNM's are going through for the first time. Also consider many top houses have a "once cut, always cut" rule.
