We wouldn't cut you for having just a legacy, but if you're a triple DG legacy and wear anchors during rush...then, yeah, probably you'll get cut because you're sending a huge message. Of if all your aunts and cousins (not legacies but strong ties) were Chi O's at Texas, then yeah, you're probably gonng to get cut. But if your granny was a Kappa 50 years ago and wasn't very involved as an alumna, I highly doubt Pi Phi and Theta would cut you for legacy alone as a reason.
