those ones tend to be more diverse and accepting. u also don't have to be rich to get a bid. tri delt has been around forever but sdt is more recent (didnt get a house until a few years ago) and zeta is also new so they don't have a house yet. sadly they'll always be considered bottom until new chapters start up and take their place. doesn't matter how genuine or nice they r. but seriously, no one besides underclassmen in "top houses" cares abt ranks. go where u feel at home and don't listen to this site.
