All three have improved over the last few years: Chi Phi - Cool house, but party the hardest of the three so it's kinda dirty. Wide range of guys, not very involved on campus. Mix with a variety of sororities. Good open parties Chi Psi - Preppier guys, tend to focus on mixing with a couple of sororities. House is nice on the inside but their parties are kinda generic as a result. Pretty involved in IFC/CSG. Phi Delt - Have the most history and a good house/location, however limited by strict nationals - half of their parties are at satellites. Getting preppier. Below the other two
