You listed 3 of the worst as “top.” Trouble and scandal. They can’t stay out of trouble with their nationals. Ever. They come back renamed every few years, but it’s the same toxic BS. Pike and Fiji (even with the recent issue which was quickly remedied) are tops for a great frat, good sorority relations, a tolerable pledge term and way less scandal.
