Phi Delt, Fiji, Phi Psi DKE, Asig, AEPi Pike Lambda, Dchi Dsig, Xi DU, DTD Sig Chi TDX, SNU Psi U, ATO, SAE, Beta, Shady Triangle Explanations: Might not be perfect but how it's been trending recently. Phi Delt just secured DDD as PGP for Fall 2023 (just OX at this point). Many agree it's been between them Fiji for top house b/c Fijis definitely trending up, might be touse in a few cycles. AEPi fell heavy after this rush, Pike did decent to earn a spot back in the (lower) top. Dsig, Snu, SAE, and ATO have been put in their place as well.
