SAE was one of the top houses nationwide and here during the ‘00s but completely fell apart due to some high profile incidents (OU, ASU, Cornell) and a lot of great chapters got banned. They also banned pledging so I don’t see them rebounding. They’re doomed to be the next Beta/SigEp/Lambda at this point.
