Then there were upper mid frats that got banned for misbehaving, so they merged with the bottom houses like lambda and DU, and they then became middle tier houses, and everything was ok. Chi Phi tried to merge with snu, so they’ll refuse it. Which frat is going to rise and become middle tier because of a merger, and which frat is going to get in so much trouble, that their members are going to scramble to find a house to merge with.
