Skrappa hands down has the nicest and biggest house, but worst location with a 15 min walk from campus. Tri delt has the best location, but the house is small. Kappa and chi o are beautiful, same with zeta but zeta doesn’t fit very many people. Gamma phi probably has the nicest house inside. Dphie taking thetas house means they’re up there now too. Axo has a good location and the outside is beautiful but out dated inside
