Greek life rank: DU >KS >TDX DU has the nicest house. I am good friends with some of the brothers but they have like male "clique" problems or whatever. Good open parties but no pregame partners, they didn't have any last year either. I went to both of Kappa Sig's tailgates this year and they were super fun, especially the car bash. I met a few brothers and they were cute and friendly. TDX got a lot better from a couple of years ago but still not very well known, mixed with AEPhi last year (maybe this year too?)
