Rush is mostly about how well you can talk/seem likable/ confident/presentable to a variety of people, and to be blunt, rich out of state girls from big cities get more practice at that than girls who mostly grew up in one town. Michigan girls can still be good at that, but if you grow up used to LA/NYC social scene stuff, it's obviously a big help. Before anyone gets mad at me, I'm from a small town in the midwest. Also, the most important part that "@yoyo" is forgetting: rush/tiers/your looks literally do NOT define who you are as a person!!
