Yeah... everyone did receive it. All Presidents, Panhel Reps, and Panhel Alumnae got it. It was forwarded around my chapter but the exact quote in it says “ I am asking that each chapter reply to me with your advisors and new member educator copied to acknowledge that you have received my email and you understand the expectations. ” So yeah, they all got it.
