Each sorority has their own academic requirement for membership (typically anywhere from 2.5-2.8). Other than that, it isn’t like applying to college. You don’t need to be a part of 5 organizations and be bilingual to get in. However, you do need to be able to afford it. On average the sorority dues fall around $1200 a year plus the $9000-13000 to live in the house. If you go to the FSL page you can get more information on each individual’s dues. If you go through recruitment and decide that only a few you would be able to afford financially, you can always drop out before prefs and after bid day reach out to the sororities recruitment coordinator to see if they are giving out snap bids or COBing anyone and attempt to join through that way.
