I graduated this past year... and no that is no how life is. May some people be shallow? Yes. But news flash, your boss isn’t going to give you a promotion because they think you are hotter than the others. Past graduation, you’re looks are 100% not how rankings are determined. They are determined by your behavior/attitude and job performance. Can bring attractive provide an unconscious bias on either of these? Yes, but it isn’t the only determining factor. So maybe y’all should grow up and begin ranking them how a professional environment would.
