Someone is throwing some serious shade at Pike here. Even if they had a boring rush and you wanna say they're worse than FIJI and Sig now, saying they are on the same level as Chi Phi and Lambda is going too far. The rest is mostly fine, though you're being a bit harsh on TDX, they could be a line above, same with SDT for the sororitys. AEPhi could also be a little higher I guess
